• Metsähallitus tenders for the renovation of the interior of five rental cabins in accordance with this request for tenders and the attached material. renovation of the interiors of the five connected rental cabins, by renewing the exterior doors, part of the windows, water pipes, water fixtures, fixtures, floor surfaces, heating radiators, air heat pumps, household appliances, as well as the wall, floor of the wet room - and roof surfaces. The work can start on March 30, 2026 and the construction works of the contract must be completed by June 9, 2026. This is a total contract and the general contract conditions for construction contracts YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660) are followed. The selected contractor works as the main contractor and as the main executor as intended by the legislation. The contractor is subject to the obligations referred to in § 1 - § 4 of the YSE if nothing else is stated in the request for tender or in the material attached to it. The builder requires that the contractor is got to know the construction site before giving the offer. The presentation of the project is on Thursday 22 January 2026 at 12:30-15:00. Pre-registration for the presentation on January 20, 2026 at by 4:00 p.m. by email to risto.timonen-nissi@metsa.fi. Offer to be submitted no later than 12 February 2026 at 12:00 to the Cloudia service. Offers made in other ways will not be accepted.
