• North Karelia's procurement agency is requesting your bid for the City of Joensuu's urban construction services commission in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments for the street construction contract for the construction site mentioned below. The construction site is the City of Joensuu Infrastructure networks and green areas are located in Eno's site plan area. The construction project is called "Metsätie area renovation 2026", the project number is 2970. The contract includes the renovation of the entire street cross-section with structures Eno On Metsätie, Piennartie and the excavation/removal work of the landing ditch. Construction phase I / year 2026 Construction measures will be carried out in the areas shown in the contract boundary appendix map and in more detail in other tender documents. Construction phase II / year 2027 Finishing work will be done in construction phase II. The site presentation will be held electronically via Teams on Thursday, March 26, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m. Registration for the site presentation must be done by e-mail by 3/25/2026 at 3:00 p.m. to ilkka.ratilainen@joensuu.fi. The builder's recommendation is that the contractor has also familiarized himself with the contract area on site before submitting the offer. If the contractor fails to visit the site, the contractor cannot later refer to circumstances which would have come to light during the acquaintance.
