Description:
Fintraffic Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) is purchasing MF R-Mode Modulators, as described in this Request to Tender and its annexes. In the ORMOBASS project, the existing R-mode test network will be expanded to the Gulf of Finland. Fintraffic Vessel Traffic Services Ltd. will modify two of its existing DGPS stations into R-mode-MF transmission stations. The scope of the procurement is as follows: 1. MF R-mode modulators for two stations (including cabling and Rubidium clocks) 2. Installation, tests and commissioning 3. Documentation, instructions and manuals 4. Training of operators and technicians (1 day) 5. Support and maintenance after warranty period (Optional) The mandatory Requirements of the modulators are described at Annex 1 and Annex 2.
