Description:
The target of the framework arrangement is the distribution channel for Microsoft software products. In addition, the framework arrangement covers sales related to the products in question, sales support service, administration service (maintenance of user rights accounting and register) and procurement-related training, consulting and advicehappiness and customer and order service. The mentioned services must be able to be provided in the Finnish language of the provider's country and, if the customer so requests, also in Swedish.
The framework arrangement is divided according to the preliminary plans into two parts, which are:
1. Microsoft license distribution and management services 2024-2027 (2028): State agencies, companies and institutions, universities
2. Distribution and management services for Microsoft user rights 2024-2027 (2028): Welfare areas and other customers
We reserve the right to modify the content of parts / customer groups even before the publication of the request for quotation.
Hansel Oy has an additionalsi, the second tender aimed at different customer groups for the distribution and management services of Microsoft user rights is about to start. This advance notice concerns the tender that will be available to the above-mentioned customers.
