Description:
This tender is divided into two areas. In both areas, the object of procurement is distribution and management services for Microsoft software products. The sub-areas are:
SUB-AREA 1: Microsoft user rights distribution and management services 2024-2027 (2028) I: State agencies, companies and institutionset, higher education institutions and other customers
PART AREA 2: Distribution and management services for Microsoft user rights 2024-2027 (2028) I: Welfare areas and other social and health sector operators
The customers of the sub-areas are specified in more detail in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. From each sub-area will be drawn up separatelynot independent procurement decisions. One contract supplier will be selected for each sub-area as described in the "Basis for decision-making" section of the request for tenders.
Suppliers selected for the sub-areas must offer the distribution channels of Microsoft user rights to the Customers who have joined the framework arrangement cancelsupport for the contract models used. The customer has the right to choose and change the contract model during the framework contract period in accordance with Microsoft's contract terms. The supplier undertakes to resell usage rights using the contract model selected by the customer.
The framework arrangement also covers the related productscomprehensive sales, sales support service, management service (maintenance of user rights accounting and register) as well as procurement-related training, consulting and advice as well as customer and order service....
