Description:
The object of the acquisition is the distribution and management services of Microsoft software products for municipalities, municipal associations and municipal companies.
The customers who make use of the competitive framework arrangement are detailed in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders. The largest customers are DigiHelsinki Oy, Meidren IT andous Oy, Oy Apotti Ab, the Helsinki region transport municipal corporation and the city of Vantaa.
One contract supplier will be selected for the framework arrangement based on tendering as described in the "Basis for decision-making" section of the request for tenders.
The selected vendor must offer Microsoft license distributionchannels for Customers who have joined the framework arrangement based on the contract models used. The customer has the right to choose and change the contract model during the framework contract period in accordance with Microsoft's contract terms. The supplier undertakes to resell usage rights with the contract model chosen by the customer.
Puithe arrangement also covers sales related to the products in question, sales support service, management service (maintenance of user rights accounting and register), as well as training, consulting and advice related to the purchase, as well as customer and order service.
For the sake of clarity, it is stated that theelmisto products are not tendered in this tender, and the subject of the framework contract is therefore not Microsoft's products, but their distribution and management service and related consulting.
