• OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of this framework arrangement is medium-sized van body cars and related services as defined in the framework agreement and its appendices. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two years (2) during the one-year option period under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is 20,500,000 to 29,500,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is EUR 29,500,000 (VAT 0%). The figures are based on the data provided by the customers who have joined to information on the use of the framework arrangement. The purchases made on the basis of this framework arrangement are estimated to be distributed during the contract period in such a way that the most significant customers in terms of euro amounts are welfare regions and safety authorities. the fact that among the Customers who have joined the framework arrangement are, among other things, Customers who are within the scope of the budget economy, and the funds initially allocated for their purchases may undergo unforeseen changes beyond the Customer's control during the framework contract period. The euro value of the acquisitions the determination is also partly made difficult by the fact that it is difficult to estimate the price development of cars. About 96% of the predicted total euro value without value added tax of the framework arrangement is estimated to consist of cars and about 4% of factory accessories purchased for cars and cars fitting service...
