- Description:
- In the renovation of the hot water pipeline of the Miilitie 6 residential apartment building project, the apartment building water pipeline will be renewed in accordance with the commercial and technical document material presented in the Annex to the invitation to tender. The selected contractor acts as the main implementer of the site and takes care of the project's occupational safety and authority notifications. Initially, the project will be implemented between 1 October 2025-6 March 2026, but the contracting entity reserves the right to schedule minor changes. The apartment block is in use during the contract. The main contractor is obliged to plan and schedule the implementation so that the residents is a real opportunity to use existing evasive conditions.
