- Construction 1 and Building 3 will be renovated. Lightweight partitions are mainly dismantled and renewed. The base will be renewed for housing, and in the building 3, the bottom is completely renewed. The current division of apartments will be changed. Windows, intermediate and exterior doors will be renewed, water roofing is renewed and converted into a console roof. The new roof will be built taking into account solar panel reservation. Elevators and apartment -specific ventilation equipment will be installed in the buildings.No -splash and outdoor equipment storage will be maintained. Restraining of operations in the yard. The exterior wall elements of the ground floor, the load -bearing partitions and the midsole are stored and a new roof will be built on them. The building will be converted into a carport.
