• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the street areas, markets, parks, playgrounds, beaches, carpet washing places, harbors, yard areas of real estates and the street areas that are responsible for the maintenance of real estate and winter and summer maintenance of street green areas. Some of the swimming beaches and carpet washing places are located in a sparsely populated area. The yard areas of Ristiina's properties are not part of this contract. The contract includes the following districts: Emola, Kalevankangas (partly), Karkialampi, Karila, Lehmuskylä, Otava, Pitkäjärvi, Rantakylä, Ristiina, Riutta, Rokkala, Siekkilä, Tikkala, Tusku and Vehkasilta. The duration of the regional contract is 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2031 and possible option years 1.10.2031-30.9.2032 and 1.10.2032-30.9.2033. Subscriber the goal is to achieve a cost-effective solution. The areas covered by the work are presented and delimited in the work area maps. The subscriber's asset management software is Trimble Locus Cloud software. The road connections of the Water Authority's wastewater pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants and pressure boosting stations will be opened in the street areas during the winter in connection with plowing as an hourly price (map appendices 83-93). The old ABC green management classification is used in the bidding process for the regional contract. The contract area will probably switch to the new RAMS green management classification before the start of the contract season...
