- Description:
- The technical center of the city of Raahe is asking for offers for 3 piers installed and the removal of the old ones to the Mikonkari marina at Mikonkari 9, 92140 Pattijoki. The pier must be suitable for fishing and small boats (photos of the old ones are attached from the piers). Old footbridges can be used if they are suitable for the new pier. Piers must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, equipment, in terms of occupational and fire safety and other safety. The work must be completed as soon as the ice leaves, but no later than 31 May 2026. The customer reserves the right to reject all offers, if the allocated funds for the purchase are insufficient to complete the procurement. Questions related to the request for tender must be sent by 12:00 on February 16, 2026. Questions should be sent from the Tarjouspalvelu.fi editor portal. The answers to the questions can also be found in the same place. Bidders in order to ensure equal treatment, questions asked in other ways will not be answered. If the tenderer notices ambiguities or contradictions in the request for tender or any matter presented in the tender request is subject to interpretation, the tenderer is obliged to bring the matter by submitting a clarifying question.
