- Description:
- The city of Kemi requests bids in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The request for tender concerns the milling and varnishing of the floors of the 4th floor classrooms of the city's Sauvosaari school. The work is done in classes according to the floor plan (APPENDIX 1). 403, 409, 411, 422 and 423. The floors are milled/sanded to the wooden surface before they are varnished. The varnish is Bona SuperSport ONE varnish (APPENDIX 2) and the floors are varnished at least twice. surrounding premises, their work must also be included in the contract. Contract period: The work will be carried out during the school summer closure 1.6.-11.8.2026. Extra goods will be removed from the classrooms, but the furniture belonging to the classrooms must be moved back to them before 11 August 2026. The school offers help for moving the goods until 19 June 2026, after which the moving of the goods will be the responsibility of the contractor. All invoices and documents must be delivered to the customer one month after the end of the work. procurement below the threshold value. The contract terms are the YSE98 contract terms. The basis for selecting the procurement is overall economic affordability, taking into account the comparison criteria stated in the procurement documents.
