• Description:
• Minibuses 5 pcs (1+8 people) to be purchased for the use of Levin Alppikoulu. The municipality of Kittilä (also "procurement unit", "customer" or "customer") requests an offer for five 1+8 passenger minibuses. The cars will be used by Levi Alpine School. They are used in the Nordic countries and in Central Europe on camps and competition trips, as well as daily driving between Kittilä and Levi. The characteristics of the cars must correspond to the need for use, which involves a large amount of goods and equipment to be transported. The object of purchase are the cars that have been selected the supplier delivers to the procurement entity in such a way that the supplier sells the cars to the financing company designated by the procurement entity. The ownership of the cars is transferred to this entity before the cars are handed over to the purchasing unit for use in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The procurement unit does not enter into an agreement regarding car financing with the supplier, but the financing of the cars and the right to manage or use the procurement unit is agreed separately in the contract between the procurement unit and the financing company. The supplier is therefore not responsible financing of the cars and ownership of the cars does not remain with the supplier for the duration of the contract. The procurement unit has taken environmental aspects into account in the delimitation of the driving force. In addition to gasoline and diesel options, bidders can offer hybrid powertrains (HEV/PHEV allowed) a car that achieves environmental benefits, especially in shorter daily drives, without jeopardizing the operational reliability of long distances.
