Description:
The customer will request your tender for communication and marketing services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. DPS internal tendering has been made In Class 1 total service. The client selects the supplier based on the internal tendering of the dynamic procurement system and concludes a contract with the winning tenderer. The contract model is attached to the invitation to tender. The minimum requirements for the services to be purchased are described in the appendix "DP in object and conditions" and in the appendix "Description of the customer's purchase". The minimum requirements for experts are described in the appendix "Experts". The scope of the acquisition is described in the Annex "Description of the customer's acquisition". The acquisition is implemented with EU recovery funding (Recovery and resilience facility, RRF). The terms and conditions of the use of funding are inherited from the regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the recovery and recovery support instrument, the law on the management, supervision and inspection of the European Union's recovery and recovery support (537/2022) and the EU Clearing Funding DO (DNSH) -hdoista (2021/0 58/01).
