• implementation of life cycle service operations in accordance with the customer's processes (as an attachment to the tender request)
• devicesservices related to the delivery of goods, which include e.g. transport of devices to the address indicated by the customer, removal of old devices, recycling and secure disposal.
• equipment register maintenance and reporting in the customer's system
• obtain equipment maintenance and support activitiesin accordance with the criteria and process descriptions of the target
• device pool maintenance
The University of Jyvaeskylae is committed to operating in an environmentally friendly manner and reducing the carbon footprint of its operations. Therefore, we require energy efficiency to be taken into account both in service production and in procurable lin closets.
The number of telephones purchased is 700-850 per year. The phones are acquired for the subscriber's ownership, not as a leasing service.
The cycle time of the phones is approximately three (3) years. If the phone is returned by the user in working condition, the phone is recycled through the device pool maintained by the supplier, e.gto another employee.
The service includes device deliveries, device register maintenance and reporting, data-secure deletion of devices, and maintenance and support functions as described in the price list and process descriptions.
