- The target of the acquisition is a mobile security solution for our customers' shared mobile devices. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements is described in detail in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. A contract of procurementOnly Istekki Oy will be used and only Istekki Oy and the selected supplier will be the parties to the resulting agreement. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's clients are not the parties, parties to this tendering or on the basis of it, and will not be the case otherwiseTo purchase. The competition will be selected by one (1) supplier for the contract period. The contract is 2v + so far. The acquisition volumes set out in the invitation to tender are estimates and does not form the contract for the subscriberquantity purchase obligation.
