Description:
The city of Rauma requests bids for the planning and implementation of the renovation and expansion of the Rauma ice rink in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to the request for bids.
The project is about the planning and implementation of the renovation and expansion project for Rauma's Aijansuo ice rink. The project aims to raise the ice rink and renew its roof structures, renew part of the hall's building technology, and expand the grandstand and other spaces by expanding the building's outer shell. Renovating the water roof structure also enables the storage rooms on two different levels on the south side of the rink renewal.

The area of the ice rink is approximately 6,830 brm2 and useful area about 5,000 sq.m. The plan is to expand the hall at the front end to the north side, which is why the stands, warehouses and dressing rooms on the current north side will have to be demolished. About 8,638 m2 of space will remain in the hall to be renovated and modified for future needs.
