Description:
The construction site includes all construction as a total contract in accordance with the attached contract calculation documents. The work covered by the contract includes the renovation and alteration works of the Itä-Savo Koulutuskuntayhtýt, Ammattiopisto Samiedu Pohjolankatu K - building and to the extent shown in the plans for the construction of a waste room as an extension to the building. In addition, as a new building on the plot as a separately priced option, a K1 building. The contract also includes work related to the yard areas with fence and gate structures. However, the actual contract includes the HVAC reservations for the K1 building, which is done as an option. The work is presented in the architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical plans. for 1.5.-31.7.2026 and for the option 1.5.-31.8.2026.
