Description:
The project includes the modification of the veterinary premises. The target building is a daycare building built in 1990, which is built on one floor. The property is a wooden frame building with small elements. The modification works of the veterinary facilities are aimed at a part of the whole of the building's surface area. The change and the scope of the repair work are defined in more detail in the contract documents. As a rule, the new building technology systems will only serve the area of transformation of the veterinary facilities. There are measures to be corrected/changed in the project also outside the interior spaces. Demolition measures have been carried out for the future veterinary facilities before this acquisition. Because of this, it is absolutely important for the bidder to familiarize himself with the contract area before submitting the bid.
