- Description:
- The city of Kemi requests bids in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The request for tender concerns the modification works of the dining area of the maintenance building of the city's depot. Some of the surfaces contain harmful substances that are removed during the modification work also electrical and HVAC work. The customer acquires the kitchen furniture installed separately according to the schedule shared with the contractor. Floor plan of the premises, room description, kitchen dimensions and hazardous substance survey attached. If the work affects the contract area to the surrounding premises, their modification work must also be included in the contract. Social facilities are passed through the contract area, so their use is interrupted kept as small as possible. The work must be completed before the summer workers arrive at the depot on June 1, 2026. All invoices and documents must be delivered to the customer one month after the end of the work. This must be below the national threshold procurement. The contract terms are the YSE98 contract terms. The selection criteria for the procurement is the overall economic affordability, taking into account the comparison criteria stated in the procurement documents.
