• REQUEST FOR REQUESTS Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, requests your offer for the modification works of the Kansalaistori pedestrian route in accordance with this request for tenders and the attached tender documents. The procurement entity is Stara. Procurement will come For the use of Stara's Urban Infrastructure Construction Department. The job site is located in the Kluuv (2.) district. The work site is a public park area in a densely built urban environment. The object of the work is natural stones and a flagstone wall modification works and related immediate support works in the park area. The works that are the subject of the contract are defined in more detail in section 3.1.1 of the contract program. The contractor can start work on the site at a time agreed with the client within the contract period, and weather conditions permitting.
