Description : Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA) (contracting entity) is inviting tenderers to leave a tender for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) consultancy procurement. The consultant is expected to work in close cooperation with the MFA and Business Finland (BF) DevPlat team and support the team in strengthening and implementing the MEL framework.
