The project will implement the gym and the Monninkylä School Civil Protection Facilities and other facilities for evening use. Civil protection facilities are used as a dressing room and washroom facilities. The project will be implemented with KVR contract form. The contractor undertakes to design and build the new building of the gym in accordance with the objectives of the subscriber. The contract is a KVR contract. The KVR contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation.
