Description:
The object of the acquisition is the relocation services of the city of Lahti, Paeijaet-Haemeen Ateriapalvelut Oy, Koulutuskeskus Salpaus municipal association and Lahti Seudun Kehitys LADEC Oy, as well as occasional goods transfer transport. Moving services mainly consist of moves typical for the public sector: offices,archives, schools, kindergartens, various small warehouses (textiles, spare parts, household supplies, office supplies, etc.), workstations and related small machines, as well as moves and transfers related to theater operations. This purchase does not apply to the delivery and assembly of new furniture to be purchasedservices, meal transports, library material transports, and no other transports for which there are separate agreements. The content of the moving service consists of e.g. of the following tasks: - Service need mapping - Service planning, scheduling and resourcing - Instructing moving personnel ytogether with the customer - Delivery of moving boxes, etc. - Labeling, disassembly, packing of goods - Loading and transport in the car - Dismantling and assembling of goods - Cleaning up after marks and Final inspection - Occasional relocations Procurement has not been divided into sub-areasdue to the object of acquisition. We are looking for an operator to produce a service that covers the entire moving service package, including service planning, the implementation of moves, and dismantling and installation. The service is purchased as needed and occasionally.
