• Description:
• The object of the procurement is mowing services in the Loviisa city area. The tenderer can make a bid for one or more sub-areas. Making parallel offers is prohibited. The procurement is divided into five sub-areas, of which sub-areas 1-4 each one (1) supplier will be selected based on the lowest price. The same supplier can be selected for all areas. In addition, a multi-supplier framework arrangement will be formed in sub-area 5, where mini-competitions will be organized if necessary. So not for sub-areas 1-4 form a framework arrangement, but one supplier per sub-area is selected, and a procurement contract is concluded with the supplier. The normal operating time for mowing services is April-October each year, but the operating time may vary depending on the weather. Contract period the estimated start date is April 2026. The actual contract period ends on September 30, 2028. The acquisition includes one (1) year-long option period for the season 2028-2029. The bidder is required to familiarize himself with the objects before bidding during the bid period on your own initiative. The maps of the destinations are attached to the tender request. The selection criteria for the offer is overall economic affordability. The basis of the overall economic value of the offer is the lowest price in each area. The procurement unit has taken note qualitative aspects in the entity to be acquired by ensuring sufficient quality by setting the minimum requirements of the object of acquisition sufficiently high.
