- OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is MuleSoft licenses as defined in the request for tender and its appendices.
The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the tender request and its attachments. The necessary licenses are described in Appendix 1 "Licenses and prices". Must have licenses in hand From 1 October 2026.
The current MuleSoft environment of the regional state center is delivered from Frankfurt, Germany. If the licenses are provided in such a way that the environment is delivered from a different location than the current one, the supplier must be responsible for the transfer costs.
The integration expert services related to the MuleSoft integration platform and the IT environment of the County Space Center are purchased separately.
CONTRACT TERM AND ORDERS
The contract is valid for a limited period of time for the first order placed on the basis of this contract until the end, after which it continues to be valid for the time being. The validity, termination and cancellation of the contract are described in chapter 15 of the contract attached to the request for tender.
The licenses are first ordered for three years. After this, the lengths of the following orders will be agreed separately. The conditions related to prices and price changes are described in chapter 7 of the agreement.
The anticipated value of the acquisition exceeds the EU threshold value.
