Description:
The acquisition is subject to the multi -professional individual rehabilitation of the Social Insurance Institution (Kela) individuals, a multidisciplinary individual rehabilitation for an adult, a hearing loss service. Multidisciplinary individual rehabilitation is carried out with or without accommodation at the service provider's office.Some of the individual rehabilitation can also be implemented as remote rehabilitation, the suitability of which is always individually assessed for the customer. Individual rehabilitation can also be implemented as adaptation coaching. The acquisition is done nationwide. By submitting a bid for this tender, the provider undertakes to implementService for customers who come from the whole of Finland. Based on the tendering, a framework arrangement will be organized in Annex 3 of the framework arrangement. Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation is carried out by the Social Insurance Institution's Act 566/2005 of the Social Insurance Institution's Rehabilitation Benefits and Rehabilitation Benefits Act(later KKRL or Kela Rehabilitation Act) as a demanding medical rehabilitation in accordance with sections 9 and 10. Kela's clients' rehabilitation will begin on January 1, 2026. Multidisciplinary individual rehabilitation of demanding medical rehabilitation for adult, Hearing Visual Visual Service, is intended for a client over 18 years of age,having a diagnosis of hearing impaired. The client has a significant restriction on performance and participation in his or her disability or illness, which is why he or she needs an individually and multi -professional rehabilitation service.
