The acquisition is subject to the multi -professional individual rehabilitation of the Social Insurance Institution (Kela) personal clients, neurological illnesses, neurological diseases. Multidisciplinary individual rehabilitation is carried out with or without accommodation at the service provider's office.Some of the individual rehabilitation can also be implemented as remote rehabilitation, the suitability of which is always individually assessed for the customer. Individual rehabilitation can also be implemented as adaptation coaching. The procurement is also made nationwide, including the perspective of geographical coverage. GeographicalThe aim is to ensure coverage for regional service and the customer's ability to choose the service provider. The procurement areas and the municipalities included are described in Annex 3 of the invitation to tender and in Appendix 4 maps and municipalities. By submitting a bid for this tenderThe tenderer undertakes to provide the service to customers who come from the entire territory of Finland. Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation is carried out by the Social Insurance Institution's Act 566/2005 (later KKRL or Kela Rehabilitation Act) as demanding in accordance with Sections 9 and 10as a medical rehabilitation. Kela's clients' rehabilitation will begin on January 1, 2026. The multidisciplinary individual rehabilitation of demanding medical rehabilitation for adults, neurological diseases, is intended for a client over 18 years of age who has a diagnosis of neurological disease or injury....
