Description:
The acquisition is subject to the multi -professional individual rehabilitation of the Social Insurance Institution (Kela), a demanding medical rehabilitation for the child and adolescents, a hearing loss service. Multidisciplinary Individual Rehabilitation is carried out with or without accommodation service providerat the office. Some of the individual rehabilitation can also be implemented as remote rehabilitation, the suitability of which is always individually assessed for the customer. Individual rehabilitation can also be implemented as adaptation coaching. The acquisition is done nationwide. The framework arrangement formed on the basis of tendering isdescribed in Annex 3 of the invitation to tender. By submitting a bid for this tender, the tenderer undertakes to provide the service to customers who come from the whole of Finland. Multidisciplinary individual rehabilitation is carried out on the rehabilitation benefits and rehabilitation benefits of the Social Insurance InstitutionAs a demanding medical rehabilitation in accordance with sections 9 and 10 of the law 566/2005 (later KKRL or Kela Rehabilitation Act). Kela's clients' rehabilitation will begin on January 1, 2026. The individual rehabilitation of the child and the young person's hearing injuries is intended for a child or young person under the age of 18 and his or her family.A child or adolescent participating in individual rehabilitation has a diagnosis of hearing loss.
