Description:
At its meeting on October 27, 2025 §299, the municipal government has approved the project plan for the School Center's multi-purpose facility and has chosen to implement option A according to the needs assessment. The municipal government has decided to initiate further planning and implementation of the project according to the proposal of the technical board, if the council approves the investment part of the 2026 budget and the 2026-2028 financial plan, including the school center's multipurpose space as presented. The project plan states that the current the gymnasium will be demolished and social facilities and a break shelter will be built. The new multi-purpose facility is presented in the premises of the current Ahmasoja school, and the premises of youth activities can also be placed there. This corresponds to option A of the requirements statement. This request for quotation includes the design related to the changes to the Eura School Centre's multipurpose space according to the attached architect's sketch plans. This request for tender concerns the structural design of the multi-purpose space project (subareas below):- demolition design of the old building- new structures (social spaces with a concrete frame, intermission roof with a steel frame) - removable partitions/new partitions of the multi-purpose space, (drilling holes/fire breaks, etc.). Ensuring sealing repairs in connection with the multi-purpose room modification works.
