Description:
The Procurement Services of the City of Turku Corporate Government requests tenders for the service described in this invitation to tender.
The agreement is made for the period from 1 October 2025 to September 30, 2027 (target) and the acquisition is optional for the period 1.10.2027-30 September 2029.
The acquisition focuses on the training of multilingual social orientation.The service is primarily aimed at integration clients, but also for persons outside the labor force. In 2025, the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023) obliges municipalities to organize multilingual social orientation. This also applies to those outside the labor forceIntegors. The procurement in the preparation supports the Turku employment area in providing statutory service and taking into account the needs of the target group.
Social orientation is a self -language education supporting early integration. The aim is to have the migrant to get the entry from the grounds forRegardless of the early stages, key basic knowledge of Finnish society in a language he understands.
The designed service will include at least Article 25 of the Act (681/2023) and multilingualRequirements for the Regulation on Social Orientation.
The acquisition is divided into the following components:
1 Turku region employment area except Turunmaa, Vakka-Suomi and Loimaa Region
