- The city of Tampere is requesting bids in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. Through the competition, a multilingual social orientation is acquired, which is provided for in the law on the promotion of integration (681/2023) and in the decree on multilingualism on social orientation (576/2024). The procurement is divided into two sub-areas, for both of which a maximum of 5 service providers will be selected using a procedure similar to the open procurement procedure. The result of the procurement procedure is something like a framework arrangement an arrangement in which indefinite-term supply contracts are concluded with selected suppliers. The content of the procured service is described in more detail in the service description attached to the request for tender. The anticipated value of the procured service exceeds the threshold value for procurements in Annex E of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016) § 25, so the tendering process applies Procurement Act.
