• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the municipal waste collection, transport and processing services of the Southern Ostrobothnia welfare area, as well as suction truck services and pipeline description and opening services. The acquisition is divided into two areas. Bidders can submit a bid to one or both areas. One service provider is selected for each area. In this tender, waste management service refers to the collection and transportation of waste from the separately designated locations of a specific property or object, and bringing the waste to an appropriate utilization purpose or final treatment. The waste management service also includes, as needed, the rental of waste containers, the planning of the waste management service, and the monitoring of operations related to the production of the waste management service, monitoring and reporting. In this procurement, only fractions considered municipal waste will be processed. Special and hazardous waste is outside the scope of this agreement. EDIT: Bidders will have the opportunity to visit Seinäjoki Central Hospital to pick-up points. The visit will take place on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 12:00. The tour begins at the Seinäjoki Central Hospital's K-section loading dock, where the bio-waste container is located.
