SLYHYT KUVAUS: The purpose of the procurement is to in the project e-service trade and Vandel in the 2020s where the municipalities Jakobstad, Korsnäs, Larsmo, Nykarleby, Vörå and Pedersöre collaborates developing an e-commerce platform and its own municipality app with several different functions that serve the inhabitants . The project is financed by the Ministry of Finance and requires open source software.
