Description:
The project includes the construction of a new birch-clean school in the Merijarvi municipality as a KVR contract, where the KVR contractor offers both design and construction. The building will include pre-school, primary and secondary school. The building is made for exterior walls in wooden structures and the load -bearing structures are reinforced concrete. FunctionalAnd at this stage, space needs are carefully designed and only very small clarifications are expected during the implementation design phase. According to reference plans, the scope of the room program is 2467 OHM2, 2722 brm2. The facilities come to about 180 students. In addition, the assignment includes the yard areaPlanning changes to support the operation of the future entity, more detailed information can be found in the Annexes of the invitation to tender. The design task is demanding+. More about the content of the project has been described in the project study (attached).
