The municipality of Sodankyla is requesting offers for the 2nd floor renovation of the 2nd floor of the Sodankyla House as an overall contract. The offer must include all the necessary auxiliary work for HVAC, Building, Cleaning, etc. To achieve the planned outcome.has become final, but the work must be started no later than August 1, 2025 and must be completed by 31.10.2025.The attention: 1. The old replacement air valves should be removed as planned and the structure is restored to the surrounding structure.2. The exhaust air duct should be builtas planned.3. The offer must include dismantling old IV installations, and patching openings, damage, etc. from demolition.4. The offer must include the activities and sealing of existing structures. Subscriber is responsible for new buildingspartitions.5. All work must be done in accordance with good construction.
