The municipality of Sodankyla requests offers for temporary premises in basic education (barracks, space element, other equivalent). Business premises may be used, but they must be in a similar condition, to meet the current construction regulations, the rescue authority and the health protection authorityThe provisions and the requirements set out in this invitation to tender. Delivery + installation2. Rental (the subscriber is responsible for operating costs and property maintenance) 3. Dismantling (including transportation) All expenses included in the offer are dividedFor the basic rent of 11/2025- 6/2030, the basic rental period for the Equal Superior monthly. The subscriber shall carry out the necessary foundation work, subscriptions to the site and loose furniture. The contract limit is the underside of the foundation beams. The supplier must take care of everything entering the buildingtechnique required for interfaces eg. The trunk heat exchanger and the electricity center. At least four (4) classes of teaching, each of which is at least 55 square meters. 2. Teachers' break mode with oneToilet, totaling about 30 square meters3. At least 1 toilet for each class.
