Description:
The acquisition is the new construction of Munkkiniemi and Munkkivuori sub-school sports facilities as a KVR contract, where the contractor selected for the work is the main contractor within the meaning of YSE 1998 and legislation.Construction, which involves the transfer of existing play equipment within the yard area.The implementation must take into account the school in use in the immediate vicinity of the construction site.
The contractor shall apply for a building permit for the site. A plan change is coming to the construction site as described in more detail in the contract program.
The goal -oriented start time will be at the beginning of the coming year. ConstructionStart by March 2026 at the latest. Construction time is expected to be fifteen (15) months lasting, when the planned completion time of the site will be in April 2027, as the physical evasive space will be disabled in the summer of 2027.
