Description:
The Technical Center of the City of Valkeakoski is requesting offers from the Naaka School demolition contract according to the attached documents. The school is located in Valkeakoski at Kaapelintie 18 and is completed in 1987. The layer is partially located below the ground. The total brutal area is approximately 4,640 m2 and the volume is about 21,000 m³. The load -bearing structures of the building consist mainly of concrete and brick. The lower floor structure is an underground reinforced concrete slab on the lower cellular plastic insulation. Gym At the concrete slab there is a wood -rolled floor with mineral wool insulation and a mosaic parquet as a surface material. The midsole is mainly cavity tile structures and partly located concrete structures. The exterior walls have been implemented as brick-wool-concrete structures, and the facades are Cleaned brick, partly plastered on the surface. The partitions are brick or concrete and some of them are sensitive. The tops are wood and concrete structures, and the load-bearing structures of the roof are mainly wood. The roof is a sheet metal roof with underlay. The ventilation of the building has been implemented as a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system. The building also has water heating, the heat output of which is done by district heating. The school property has a wooden structure Vuok.
