- The technical services of the city of Naantali is asking for your offer for maintaining the coffee sales point in Naantali market during the summer seasons 2026-2028. The coffee shop operator is required to offer market cafe services on weekdays from June 1 to August 31. The market's coffee sales area is used annually from May Day until the end of September. If agreed separately per year, the entrepreneur can also start the season on April 15. from. Sales hours on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on weekends by separate arrangement. The area of the coffee sales area is approximately 80 m2 (appendix 1; map). The furniture must be stacked daily after closing at the edge of the sales area. Water, sewer and electricity connections are available. The renter pays for electricity according to actual consumption at the end of the season. For water, the renter pays the connection and disconnection fee + according to the summer water fee, a total of about €300/season. Vuosivuokra peritään 15.7. annually. The sales cart and the furniture must be suitable for the market milieu. The valid market rules must be followed at the market's coffee point (appendix 2; market rules). The city of Naantali signs a contract with one operator for the market's coffee sales location. Bids are requested based on the total price for three years (2026-2028). The offer is not linked to the index, but the total price is valid for the entire contract period. No right to rent can transfer to another.
