Description:
The acquisition focuses on translation services in Sweden and English, transcripts and Finnish language maintenance. The procurement is subject to the law on public procurement and access agreements (1397/2016, "Procurement Act"). The expected total value of the acquisition during the contract period exceedsthe EU threshold referred to in section 26 of the Procurement Act. The procurement procedure is the open procedure under section 32 of the Procurement Act. The actual contract period is four (4) years. The actual contract period can be continued with two (2) one (1) year option period. The option is aboutThe right of the contracting entity, not the obligation. There will be no compensation to the tenders for making a bid. Offers should be made in Finnish. The tender documents are available in Finnish. If the tenderer wants tenders in another language, this is responsible for the cost of translating.The acquisition is subject to demanding translation services from Finland to Swedish and from Finland to English. The extent of the acquisition is estimated at 1500-2500 pages per year. An estimated two -thirds of the acquisition is translated from Finland to Swedish and one third translations from Finnish to English.
