- This invitation to tender is based on Hansel Oy's IT consulting 2023-2028-dedicated procurement system. The Patent and Registration Office (NBPR) will request your tender for the IT Specialty Work associated with the architecture of the contracting entity in accordance with the description of the subject of the acquisition and the minimum requirements are described in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. However, the contract period begins at the earliest after the signing of the contractors is signed.
