- The object of the acquisition is the ticket sales system for the museums of the National Gallery.
The National Gallery consists of Ateneum Art Museum, Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art and Sinebrychoff Art Museum. The National Gallery is responsible for the state art collection, which is maintained by the National Gallery Collectionllinta department. The National Gallery also includes the State Works of Art Commission and its collections.
The object of the acquisition is a digital ticketing system. Time-bound tickets for exhibitions and events can be sold through the acquired system. Tickets can be bought both online and in museums.
Liwe want to take over sales in our own hands, so that in addition to the tickets sold in advance, the understanding of customers and their behavior would increase. With the help of customer data, we want to develop existing and new services and find opportunities to improve the customer experience in both physical and digitalsa environment.
