Description:
The goal of the native language job search advisory service is to promote the opportunities for clients who have fled Ukraine to find employment by providing advice and guidance on job searching and, if necessary, other services that promote employment and integration. In addition, the goal is to increase the customers of the target groupden's employability skills.
The target group of the service is people who fled Ukraine to Finland because of the war and are job seekers in the Uusimaa region. Customer service is mainly carried out in their own language, in Ukrainian and Russian.
The job search advisory service is implemented individuallya as job search guidance and as group services corresponding to the needs of the target group. The service is implemented in the lobbies and customer spaces of the offices of the users of the agreement in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa and Jarvenpaa, and on individual days in Porvoo and Lohja, depending on customer needs.
