Description: Subject of acquisition:
The magnetic stimulation device and associated accessories and maintenance referred to in Annex 1, as specified in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The device is purchased for a psychiatric unit, where its applications include e.g. psychiatric diagnoses, tinnitus and pain.
Contracting entity:
Association of Municipalities of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland (VSSHP). The procurement decision is made in accordance with the powers of the VSSHP Code of Conduct in force at the time of the procurement decision.
Contract period:
The procurement contract ends when the device has been accepted at the acceptance inspection and handed over to the customer. The supplier then undertakes to provide maintenance and spare parts for at least 10 years.
For equipment-related supplies, the contract period is 48 months, after which the contract will continue indefinitely without notice. The estimated start date of the agreement is June 1, 2021.
