- The municipality of Kempele requests your tender for the procurement of: "Nerolantie JKPP construction". The form of contract is a total contract based on unit price. The main work phases of the project:- renovation of the site plan area Nerolantie and the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths- green- and construction of gravel areas - construction of drainage - construction of lighting - installation of traffic signs - traffic arrangements during work - demolition of existing structures from the request for tender material. The contractor's offer must be based on the mentioned tender request material. The performance amounts are theoretical amounts based on plans. The quantities are not binding on the subscriber. The contractor is selected from the cheapest unit prices and on the basis of the contract price derived from the execution quantities. The contract price used in the comparison of contract prices is formed according to the appendix: "R1-3.1_Quantity and unit price list", line "Contract price". This amount must be entered into the offer service. The contractor the completed unit price list must be uploaded to the offer service. The contractor must familiarize himself with the work site before submitting the offer. The contractor can start work on June 1, 2026 at the earliest. Before the work starts, the procurement decision must be made be legally binding and the contract must be signed.
