Water Resources Network Asset Study
SLYYNES Description: The operating model to be drawn up to investigate the net assets and modernity of water distributions and its functioning assessment must be made by 15 water divisions in the Central, Eastern and Southeast Finland. The subscriber appoints items. The size of the water supply facilities may vary. The task includes editing the presented operating model for easy-to-use instructions based on practical experience (testing). The guidelines must be electronic and enables the Water Resource to independently be able to evaluate the current state of their network assets. The subscriber will ensure that the instruction is unambiguous, comprehensible and user guidelines are sufficient to evaluate the current state.
