Description:
The acquisition focuses on neurological development disruptions to the Personal Customers of the Social Insurance Institution (Kela). Adaptation coaching is carried out as face -to -face rehabilitation and accommodation at the service provider's office. Acquisition is made nationwideAlso, the perspective of geographic coverage. The purpose of taking into account geographic coverage is to ensure regional service needs and the customer's ability to choose the service provider. The procurement areas and the municipalities included are described in Annex 3 of the invitation to tenderIn Appendix 4 map and municipalities. By submitting a bid for this tender, the tenderer undertakes to provide the service to customers who come from the whole of Finland. Adaptation coaching is carried out by the Social Insurance Institution's Act 566/2005 (laterKKRL or Kela Rehabilitation Act) as a discretionary rehabilitation in accordance with Section 12 and as a demanding medical rehabilitation in accordance with Sections 9 and 10. Kela's clients' rehabilitation will begin on January 1, 2026. Adaptation coaching organized by Kela is a rehabilitation for a child with neurological developmental disorderand to his adults and siblings.
