Description:
The employment area of Lantinen Pirkanmaa, which started its operations on 01.01.2025, operates in its own area as a labor authority, which is responsible for the procurement and provision of employment-promoting services and related expert evaluations to its individual clients. Services are acquired based on the law and, if necessary, supplementing as non-statutory services according to the customers' service needs. The city of Sastamala acts as the responsible municipality, the other municipalities in the employment area are Hameenkyroe, Ikaalinen, Parkano, Kihnioe and Punkalaidun. The city of Sastamala requests a bid for the organization of the Employment Services Act (380/2023) on the production of neuropsychological work capacity evaluations in accordance with Section 51 in the employment area of Lantinen Pirkanmaa. The total value of the procurement, including possible option periods, is below the national threshold value (small procurement). The contract period is one year and 12 months can be included in the procurement contract long option period. The estimate of the annual number of studies is 15 studies/year. Based on the needs of personal customers in the employment area, the amount of research may remain lower. In the procurement contract, it is also possible to agree on increasing the amount of research without a new contract, if the customers need this require and the service provider's resources make it possible.
