- The object of the procurement is a service complex consisting of operating room capacity and ancillary functions. The service package includes an operating room and bed ward capacity suitable for neurosurgical procedures, as well as an anesthesiologist service, a wake-up service and a bed ward service, as well as otherancillary functions related to the above.
HUS Due to the difficult operation queue situation in neurosurgery, HUS needs one operating theater for neck and lumbar spine surgeries, with microscopes if necessary, five days a week, including three nurses (supervising nurse, instrument nurse,anesthesiologist) and anesthesiologist services with substitutes and, in addition, wakefulness monitoring and, if necessary, an overnight stay in the bed ward.
The aim is to discharge the patient on the same day, i.e. as day surgery (daytime) and a nurse is needed for this activity. Of patients operated on daily, as neededsome may stay overnight in the bed ward. Therefore, we also require the services of a doctor on call from the acquired unit on the night following the day of surgery. The volume to be produced will be approx. 500 surgeries per year after the operation has properly started. In the same proportion, it is estimated that the waking room and bed part are neededstorage capacity.
The service to be procured is described in more detail in appendix 2 of the request for tenders. The winning bid will be selected according to the overall financial advantage.
